學習說祝福的話

什麼叫做祝福的話？
我想很多人認為祝福的話，都會認為是說未來好的盼望的話，
例如過年常講的一些恭賀的話，或是有人升遷或是結婚等的事，才會說的話。
但是這裡所的卻是說，祝福的話就是”使人得著愉悅的話”及”使人覺得心裡
舒暢的話”。說這祝福的話跟欣賞別人的優點有關，若是你永遠只看別人的缺點
及壞處，你是不可能說的出來這種祝福的話，甚至你都會覺得這些話真是作假。
我們看一個小孩，當他開始學走路，只走一步你就覺得好棒！
當他會說一句爸爸、媽媽，你就覺得這是是上最美的話，那時你都會懂得欣賞
他的優點及知道他的努力。但是長大後要求多了，欣賞少了，看到的都是比別
人不好的事，忘記了孩子原本的優點與原本的特點。他不可能跟別人一樣。
有一個媽媽說她很少去稱讚自己的家人，尤其是自己的先生，總覺得別人的先生
比較優秀。許多的太太都犯同樣的毛病就是看別人的丈夫比自己好，卻忘記角色
對調，真的那麼好嗎？這種稱讚珍賞的話，是需要練習與勇氣的，要放下自己的
成見與意見，才有可能願意對別人說出口。
很多人都會認為若是我常常說他好，到時他會很驕傲、很自大，那是不更慘？
所以為什麼要練習！因為我們常是不及時說，又不針對一些對的事情說，
又說的不真誠，讓人覺得你是敷衍應付。
有一個姊妹她見證說，她以前常跟先生吵架，因為她覺得她先生不夠好、
不夠愛她、不夠體諒她，因此就有很多怨言出來。後來她就開始練習說祝福的話，
只要她先生願意幫她洗個碗，她就會稱讚她先生，說你是最棒的先生，
你工作這麼辛苦還要幫我洗碗，真是謝謝你喔！雖然她先生會說你少假了，
但是心裡卻是很高興，當家人願意為她多分擔一點家事時，她都不認為是
理所當然，都會適時感謝並稱讚家人的體貼做法。
就這樣姊妹越來越會說祝福的話，也因此找出家人許多的優點和值得珍賞
的特點，整個家庭因此更融洽和樂。
所以這種叫人愉悅的話，為何不多說呢？
當有人願意為你多作一點事，願意多為你想一點時，
你為什麼不能將這樣祝福的說出去呢？
當有一個人今天氣色很好看，你可以告訴她。
當有一個人今天穿的很漂亮，你可以告訴她。
當有一個人在你被罵的時候鼓勵你，你可以告訴她你的感謝。
當家人願意幫你倒垃圾時，你可以告訴她，謝謝她的體諒。
當家人願意幫你洗碗時，你可以告訴她，謝謝她願意幫忙。
當有店員很親切的招呼你時，你可以告訴她，你的服務真好！
當有人願意幫你，當有人願意協助你，當有人….你都可以告訴她所作的…
你越常這樣練習，你就會發現原來每一個人身上，都有很多優點可以稱讚，
這樣積極正面的話語就會影響身邊的人，也會讓別人對你有所珍賞，
祝福的話要記得常講喔….
而我也正在不斷練習中，要讓祝福的話更多傳遞出去。
